| 1. What am I allowed to do with your templates?
What am I unable to do?
You are authorized to:
Build any website using the template in any way you like.
You are not authorized to:
Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified
or unmodified. All products are property of content provider companies and
individuals.
Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the
same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).
2. What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?
Non-Unique purchase:
Non-exclusive purchases mean that other people can buy the template you have
chosen some time later.
Unique purchase:
Exclusive (unique) purchases guarantee that you are the last person to buy
this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently
removed
from
the sales directory and is never available to other customers again. Only you
and people who bought the template before you will own it.
3. Is it reasonable to make a unique purchase of
a template that has prior purchases?
Yes. There is very small chance that
you will find same design online. There are more than 3,000,000,000
webpages online now according to stats on www.google.com (check
at the bottom).
4. My transaction was suspended? Why? What can I do?
Such non-tangible products like website templates
are a very easy target for carders (people who use stolen credit
card details in order to make purchases). That's why we have developed
an advanced
anti-fraud protection system. This helps us to prevent fraudulent
behaviour and keep our templates as rare as possible.
Most website template sites do not provide
antifraud protection. This makes their products an easy target
for carders. Carders spread templates around the world through 'warez'
(illegal software) websites and 'warez' CDs.
Your transacition may be suspended when the antifraud
system marks it as suspicious. You will need to wait a few
hours while our operator calls our merchant service provider and
verifies your transaction manually. Once your order has been verified,
your name will be added to a list of verified buyers, and you will
never have to wait for manual verification again.
